At Town92, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return and refund process.
🛍️ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
You initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery
⚠️ Products that are personalized or custom-made (e.g. name-printed t-shirts or mugs) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
🔄 Return Process
Email us at support@town92.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach images (in case of damaged or incorrect item).
Our support team will verify the claim and guide you on return pickup or courier instructions.
In some locations, you may be required to self-ship the item. If so, we will reimburse the courier cost (with valid receipt).
💸 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer. You will be asked to share your account details securely over email.

📦 Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
To cancel, email us at support@town92.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
