🚚 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metros, tier-2 cities, and most rural locations. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your package arrives on time.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Standard Delivery Time: 4–8 business days depending on your location
Remote Area Deliveries: May take up to 10–12 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns, etc.)
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may be applied on smaller or COD orders

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via email or SMS so you can follow the journey of your parcel in real-time.

We take the utmost care in packaging and handling your order. However, if your product arrives damaged or tampered, please:
Take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Email us at support@town92.com within 24 hours of delivery
We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
